Location scout & Risk assessment

This will be my location scout and risk assessment made by my teammate Bagas.

Location ( Bagus house )
Address:	Jalan Raya Sesetan
Scene:	Opening scene
Advantages of location:	Good view of the sunset Enough space to record Flexible time Accessed easily
Disadvantages of Location:	Construction Quite far Dangerous for the rooftop scene
Alternatives:	Bagas House
Risk Assessment
Risk:	Who is at risk:	How to avoid risk:	High, Medium, Low risk:
1. Construction	Camera man Actor Crew	Pray -Construction doesn’t always happen so we can set a time -Wear protective clothing to avoid debree	High
2.  Rooftop dangers	Camera man Actor Crew	Pray -Stay away from the edges	High
3. Heat stroke	Camera man Actor Crew	Pray -drink loads of water -try not to record at midday	Low

Location ( School )
Address:	Jalan Waribang
Scene:	Spending time with female actor
Advantages of location:	-its close -Familiar with the location -Actors are from the same school thus itll be easier to do recording when needed.
Disadvantages of Location:	-needs permission - Only can record when school is open - hard to manage time because ,most likely , recording will be done after dismissal  - Tired after school
Alternatives:	Regent primary school.

Scene:	Couple fight scene
Advantages of location:	-its quiet -Much open space -familar with location
Disadvantages of Location:	-not enough lighting -be aware of residents as cars might be passing by -might disturb other people
Alternatives:	Nicho’s house

Scene:	Couple fight scene
Advantages of location:	-lots of open space -Good sunset scene
Disadvantages of Location:	-not enough lighting -be aware of residents as cars might be passing by -might disturb other people
Alternatives:	Nicho’s house

This post was done by Bagas but what i did to help him was decide the locations of the shoots and mention the dangers of each one. The rest of the team also help answer and complete the table. This is a much more effective way as when Bagas is focusing on the risk assessments others can do other posts to make sure that we finish on time. This research helps us decide the final locations of our shoot after considering the different risks and possible threats of filming in that area. Overall we already choose safe locations with minimal risks but anything can happen especially with these guys as my teammates. We would still need to record the scenes with caution.
