Here is the development process of my magazine. I will put all of my ideas here and reflect on the decisions I make.
Genre: Automobile
Sub-genre: Vintage cars
Reflection: Choosing the right title and the name of the magazine was a little difficult so I used chat gpt to inspire me to create a title for my magazine. Choosing the right sub-heading was also quite difficult but i finally finalised mine.
Name/titles of the magazine:
- Classic cars
- Antique relics
- Vintage vroom vroomm vibes
- A BMW classic
- Classical vrungg
- Menacing look
- The old and the modern
- 1 in a hundred
- 55 in 5
I decided on the title of 'Vintage Boy' as I have researched there is no car magazine with his title. Which would be my unique selling point. The car I am aiming to use also is a known vintage must-have car amongst car enthusiasts.
Possible Cover Lines:
- Reliving the classic
- Celebrating the phenomenal
- Elegant beauty
- Luxury on wheels
- 20 years of German perfection
- A legacy of precision and panache
- Thrills in elegance
- German engineering at its finest
- Bimmer's best. The Timeless
I decided on 'Celebrating 2 decades of German perfection' as its main cover line as it relates to my Title 'Vintage Boy'. 2 decades shows how old the car has been around. Other cover lines I would use but I have decided on my MAIN cover line.
Possible Images:
My main cover image would have an aesthetic more saturated picture of the 320i. It would zoom in on the front of the car making the car look more intimidating and elegant like how BMW is known for.
Double Page Spread :
According to my research, most car magazines would have more images rather than texts which I would do the same. There will be several images of the car's interior and exterior and a long shot of it both the 320i 2020 and 320i 2000 side by side.
